DESCRIPTION:Mapping the Future of Regional Mobility\nTransit for the People: Next Steps on Governance and Funding\nChallenges in bringing back transit riders after COVID – and already declining ridership prior to COVID – will lead to a $730 million annual “fiscal cliff” beginning in 2026 after federal emergency funds are expended.
